Five Clear Commitments to Lumby

Bradley is making five clear commitments. They are practical, measurable and focused on the responsibilities of local government.

Put water, sewer, roads, stormwater, drainage, sidewalks, flood protection and fire-flow capacity at the front of municipal planning.

Connect development decisions to verified infrastructure capacity, upgrade costs, responsible sequencing and Lumby’s community character.

Existing residents should not carry avoidable infrastructure costs created by new development.

Give residents plain-language information about proposals, costs, approvals and infrastructure before major decisions are settled.

Offer visible leadership, clear answers, regular opportunities for conversation and respectful collaboration with council and Village staff.
